The incredibly nice and amiable staff provided me a VERY NICE 2 nights stay. There were central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator in my a single room. I had a great view of the sea.

The hotel was clean. Staff were all absolutely kind. Loved our rooms with a view. The property's location was favourable; right by Karato pier, the aquarium, restaurants, things to do, and a boardwalk. It was right next to the Karato Fish market.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Shimonoseki. The location is absolutely perfect for seafood lovers as it's just next to the fish market and Karato market. I loved being able to stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful views of the harbor. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the rooms with a view of the Kanmon channel and Kyushu island were simply breathtaking. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

Liked the Spectacular Ocean View This hotel is a great place to stay for a city trip! the view from the room was truly amazing, and it was so great to have a beautiful view of the ocean. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was right by the fish market, which meant that we could take a nice walk through the pier in the morning and try out some of the cheap and tasty food provided at the market. the hotel itself was easily accessible by bus and the staff was very helpful and spoke English very well.

Disliked the Busy Signals the only downside of the hotel was that we could hear busy signals in the morning, which was a bit bothersome.

Great location by the harbor boardwalk, fish market, and aquarium with a short drive from the train station. The hotel is from the 90s and has a great hotel-feel and spacious rooms with lovely views of the seaside promenade. We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony with a glass of wine, it was a great advantage.

The breakfast restaurant menu is pricey and didn't meet our expectations. We also found the pillows to be the most uncomfortable, filled with small stones.
